Avani Hotels and Resorts announces two new properties in Australia

Avani Hotels and Resorts has announced two new properties in Australia—Avani Adelaide Residences and Avani Melbourne Box Hill Residences.

 While the Box Hill property will open this spring, the Adelaide hotel will officially welcome guests from October. Avani Adelaide Residences will comprise 76 studios and suites, each with a fully-equipped kitchen and laundry facilities.  Recreational facilities include a heated pool, cinema, library, fitness centre with a steam room and sauna and a state-of-the-art golf simulator. This property is located close to the Rundle Mall, Adelaide Central Markets, the Art Gallery of South Australia and the South Australia Museum.

Likewise, Avani Melbourne Box Hill Residences has a prime position in the popular commercial and academic hub of Box Hill. It is a mix of 75 spacious one and two-bedroom suites with attached kitchens. The hotel has an infinity pool with stunning views of the Dandenong Ranges. Avani Box Hill offers discerning business and leisure travellers easy access to the city and Melbourne Airport, with diverse dining choices and a vibrant shopping centre on its doorstep.
