Hyatt has opened its ninth Hyatt-branded property in France, situated in the historic town of Chantilly, around 20 minutes from Paris CDG.
The group says the 211-room hotel is comprised of eight buildings, and is “reminiscent of an 18th-century authentic hamlet”.
The property is located alongside the Nonette River, and features a 1,200sqm spa with indoor swimming pool, fitness centre, Norwegian- and German-style saunas, a steam bath and five treatment rooms.
There are a total of four dining options – signature restaurant Nord showcasing “northern French Soul food”, Craft focusing on shared plates, Le Conde lounge with outdoor terrace, and the 24-hour The Market for grad and go products prepared by executive chef Christophe Scheller.
Guest staying in suites and Regency Club rooms enjoy free breakfast, evening cocktails and hors d’oeuvres at the Regency Club.
There is 1,500sqm of meeting and events space including a 500sqm ballroom set within the property’s gardens.
The hotel is located around 45 minutes from Paris city centre, on the eastern fringes of Chantilly, a town which is home to the Chateau Chantilly, the Musee Conde, and Chantilly Racecourse.

The Hyatt Regency Chantilly joins the existing Hyatt Regency Paris Charles de Gaulle, with other Hyatt-branded properties in the Paris area including Hyatt Regency Paris Etoile, Park Hyatt Paris-Vendome, and the recently added Hotel du Louvre, now part of the group’s Unbound Collection.
