Hyatt has collaborated with an expedition cruise and adventure travel activity provider Lindblad Expeditions to offer World of Hyatt members, more unique and exclusive experiences that go beyond the hotel stay. Expected to launch later this year, this loyalty collaboration will include photography experiences, wildlife encounters, renowned naturalists and experts, and group travel outings.

Commenting on this news, Amy Weinberg, senior vice president, World of Hyatt said, “Through this new relationship with Lindblad Expeditions, World of Hyatt members will soon be able to enjoy even more personalised adventures and distinct, educational experiences that satisfy their desire to experience something new while enhancing their wellbeing and providing opportunities to discover rare parts of the planet – all while being specially rewarded with World of Hyatt loyalty benefits.”

As a part of this collaboration, World of Hyatt members will be able to earn five base points per $1 of eligible spend, not including incidentals, receive their standard elite tier bonus points on eligible spend and redeem points to use for complimentary expeditions.

In addition to this, members of all tiers will be rewarded with a $250 onboard credit to use during their expedition on spa services, alcoholic beverages, specific excursions or classes and souvenirs among others;  receiving elite tier qualifying night credits for eligible nights on a Lindblad expedition.
