Marriott International has opened its latest UK property under The Luxury Collection brand, located within Buckinghamshire’s Langley Park.
The hotel is housed within a Palladian mansion – formerly home to the third Duke of Malborough – and the adjacent Grade II-listed 18th century Brew House.
The renovation project at The Langley has taken six years to complete, and features 41 rooms, as well as a 1,600 sqm subterranean wellness hub, offering gym, vitality pools, hammams, a juniper-wood sauna with pink Himalayan salt walls, amethyst steam room and 16-metre marble-lined indoor swimming pool. There is also a second outdoor pool situated by the banks of Langley Lake.
Dining options include destination restaurant Cedar restaurant, showcasing the finest British fare, alongside natural, seasonal produce sourced from European markets, with a focus on sharing dishes, as well as the Drawing Room for afternoon tea, and the Churchill Bar for cocktails and cognacs.
There are a total of seven meeting and events spaces, including the 1,460 sqm Winter Garden which can hold up to 120 people for a reception and features a private terrace overlooking the estate and lake.
Activities at the hotel include clay pigeon shooting, horse riding, croquet, cooking classes and a private film screening room for up to six guests.
The hotel is located around eight miles from Heathrow airport, and around just over 20 miles from central London.

The Langley joins Trump Turnberry, a Luxury Collection Resort in Ayrshire, as well as three London properties under The Luxury Collection brand – The Park Tower and The Wellesley in Knightsbridge, and The Westbury in Mayfair.
