Passengers departing or arriving into Dallas Fort Worth can now pay for a porterage and fast-track service run by Plaza Premium.

The Hong Kong-based group’s Allways service offers different packages for arrivals, transiting and departures, which include a greeting with a welcome placard, baggage handling and escort through security checkpoints to boarding gates or a transport pick-up. See the full list of services here.

The service is being launched ahead of the planned 2020 opening of a Plaza Premium Lounge at Dallas Fort Worth.

Allways is currently offered at Toronto Pearson International Airport, Indira Gandhi International Airport in New Delhi, and Macau International Airport. The porterage service is available at JFK.

Plaza Premium Group is best known for its Plaza Premium and Plaza Premium First lounges, which are pay-to-enter. It is currently growing their presence with a $100 million investment that aims to see 40 openings in China by 2024 as well as many in the US, starting with Dallas Fort Worth and Denver.

It also owns airport hotel brand Aerotel, and is set to open a property in October this year at the new Beijing Daxing International Airport. It is also due to open an Aerotel at Heathrow Terminal 3, but the launch has been repeatedly delayed.

“We have a proven track record of developing and managing airport hospitality services in the world including Brazil and Canada in the Americas, Asia Pacific, the Middle East and Europe,” said Song Hoi-see, founder and CEO of Plaza Premium Group.

“It’s time for us to introduce our engaging and welcoming hospitality to the US market.”
