KLM Royal Dutch Airlines is assertively expanding its footprint in India with a range of new flights and increased capacity. As a part of this strategic growth, the airline is set to launch non-stop Bengaluru-Amsterdam flights from October 31, 2019. Bengaluru will be the third destination served by KLM in India, after Delhi and Mumbai.

From September 2, 2019, KLM will add an additional frequency between Mumbai and Amsterdam, thereby taking the total frequency to four on this route. However, a fifth frequency will be introduced on September 30, 2019.

Also, from October 28, 2019, Mumbai-Amsterdam will be operated daily. (Note: The flights between Delhi and Paris Charles de Gaulle and Amsterdam Schiphol will be operated as usual.)

Furthermore, Air France will increase capacity with enlarged aircraft operations from Mumbai and Bengaluru to Paris Charles de Gaulle with Boeing 777 operations.

This joint offer from the partners reflects an increase of 25 per cent over last year winter.
