Travellers using Heathrow airport this Spring Bank Holiday weekend should be aware of closures affecting the Piccadilly Line.
There will be no service on the line between Hammersmith and Heathrow terminals “from around midnight on Friday night”, with the line closed all day Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holiday Monday.
A reduced service will operate on the rest of the Piccadilly Line, with trains around every four minutes, and some services terminating at Green Park.
Non-stop coach replacement services will be in operation between Hammersmith and Heathrow Terminal 2, 3 and 5 – more information can be found here.
The Heathrow Express is running a normal Bank Holiday service this weekend, as is TfL Rail (formerly the Heathrow Connect).
