Hyatt has collaborated with Shanghai Xintian Real Estate Co Ltd for a new Hyatt Centric hotel in Minhang, Shanghai.
The new Hyatt Centric Hotel in Shanghai will be in close proximity to Minhang Economic Development, Zizhu Science Park, National Exhibition and Convention Centre and Shanghai Hongqiao International Airport. The hotel is well connected to central Shanghai via expressway.
Set to open in 2024, this 186-key hotel will be a part of 7,00,000 sqm mixed-use development project, which also includes residential units, apartments, and mall. In addition to a restaurant, recreational amenities and two meeting rooms, the hotel will incorporate social spaces for guests to connect with each other.
