Air India tweeted:
In addition to this, AirAsia has also introduced some options for customers who wish to change their travel plans. The airline said, “AirAsia continues to monitor the situation in Sri Lanka, however, confirms flights to and from Bandaranaike International Airport in Colombo are operating as normal.”
Apart from a full refund, travellers can retain the value of fare in their AirAsia BIG Loyalty account for future travel — the online credit account is to be redeemed for booking within 90 calendar days from the issuance date for your travel. A one-time flight change on the same route within 30 days is also available.
