InterContinental Hotels Group has signed two new Holiday Inn properties in Saudi Arabia — Holiday Inn Madinah King Abdulaziz Road will be launched in collaboration with Loulouat Al Madinah Hospitality, and Holiday Inn Jeddah Al Hamra along with Al Hokair Group.
Holiday Inn Madinah King Abdulaziz Road will feature 180 guestrooms along with 2,000 sqm of banqueting space and a business center. Scheduled to open in 2020, the hotel will offer two dining options and a range of recreational amenities.
The 253-key Holiday Inn Jeddah Al Hamra will have six meeting rooms, and a business centre along with an outdoor pool, gym and spa facilities.

IHG’s new projects are expected to attract both religious and corporate travellers.
