Marriott International has announced the launch of Marriott on Wheels — the brand’s first-ever mobile food truck in India. The food truck commenced its journey from Mumbai, and will now be travelling across six destinations in India — Ahmedabad, Amritsar, Lucknow, Pune, Madurai and Kochi.
Marriott on Wheels will be stationed at popular city hubs including Food Truck Park in Ahmedabad, Sahara Market Plaza in Lucknow and Info Park in Kochi. On its arrival at every destination, an Executive chef from a Marriott property will be present onboard, serving an exquisite menu, specially curated for the food truck.

Few dishes served onboard include mutton tikka quesadillas which will be available in Amritsar, Karaikudi chicken wings in Madurai and kosha mangsho kathi roll in Pune.

Focussing on sustainability, Marriott on Wheels will use eco-friendly items such as containers made of bagasse and glass water bottles.
