Hong Kong-based Wing Tai Properties subsidiary Lanson Place is opening a new set of serviced apartments in Hong Kong’s eastern Shau Kei Wan district this month.
Called Waterfront Suites, the development has 74 units ranging from studios to a three-bedroom penthouse.
There is a ground-floor lounge…
…as well as pool deck for private parties, a gym and an open-air space designed for personal or group yoga or meditation classes.
Prices start from HK$28,800 (US$3,567) per month for a studio, HK$41,100 (US$5,223) per month for a one-bedroom apartment, and HK$56,500 (US$7,198) per month for a two-bedroom apartment, inclusive of agent fees and utilities.
To celebrate the opening, Waterfront Suites is offering up to 15 per cent discount on “selective apartments and subject to lease terms”.
“Run by our enthusiastic community team, Waterfront Suites does much more to nurture a tight-knit community than simply helping them with apartment maintenance and taxis. Beyond being the guests’ go-to guide for all things happening in town, we also organise talks and parties – think wine and cheese appreciation or a talk on spring detox,” says Alicia Too, the area general manager of Lanson Place in Hong Kong, which manages Waterfront Suites.
Hong Kong’s Shau Kei Wan district is located on the eastern side of Hong Kong Island. Waterfront Suites is a short distance from Shau Kei Wan MTR Station, situated on the blue Island Line three stops away from the city’s Quarry Bay business district.
Lanson Place operates eleven properties, including luxury hotels and serviced apartments in Shanghai, Chengdu, Kuala Lumpur, Singapore and Hong Kong. The Group will be operating a new serviced apartment in Melbourne, which is targeted to open in late 2021.
