Qatar Executive (QE), the private jet charter subsidiary of Qatar Airways is now qualified to fly into specially designated airports — Samedan, Switzerland; Chambery, France; and Innsbruck, Austria. These destinations have a special designation as they require added certification which includes full flight simulator training and preparing flight crew due to the mountainous terrain of these destinations.

The Qatar Executive fleet comprises of the most advanced aircraft type — G500 jet. Currently, QE operates a fleet of 15 private jets, including five Gulfstream G650ERs, two Gulfstream G500s, three Bombardier Challenger 605s, four Global 5000s, and one Global XRS.

In addition to this, Qatar Executive is to receive five G500s and one G650ER as well this year.
