Fattal Hotel Group has announced plans to add four central London properties to its growing UK portfolio.

The agreement will see the group acquire long-term leases on four existing Grange Hotels, which will be refurbished and rebranded under Fattal’s Leonardo and Nyx brands.

The Grange Tower Bridge Hotel, the Grange St Paul’s Hotel and the Grange City Hotel will all be reflagged under the Leonardo brand, while the Grange Holborn Hotel will be rebranded under the group’s lifestyle Nyx offering.

Israel’s Fattal Hotel Group has been steadily growing its presence in the UK and Ireland over the last few years, and currently manages 53 properties and over 11,000 rooms in the region.

The group owns the Jurys Inn brand, and last year announced plans to expand an existing Jurys Inn property in Edinburgh, as well as adding a Nyx hotel on adjacent land.

Fattal also announced plans for two Manchester properties last year, including a rebranding of the iconic Midland Hotel under its Leonardo offering.

The group recently took over the management of the Grand Harbour Hotel in Southampton, again under its Leonardo brand.

Commenting on the news Jason Carruthers, Managing Director of Jurys Inn and Leonardo Hotels UK and Ireland, said:

“We are delighted to add these prominent hotels to our portfolio, which are in excellent locations within the very heart of London, as we continue to increase our offering in the UK following a year of significant growth.

“As we start 2019, we believe our portfolio, our strategy and the proven capabilities of our people puts Jurys Inn and Leonardo Hotels UK and Ireland in a unique position to leverage and capitalise on the emerging opportunities in the UK hotel sector and to help create exceptional customer experiences.”
