Marriott International is expected to open 30 new luxury properties this year, with the aim of further expanding its global presence with its eight luxury brands — The Ritz-Carlton, Ritz-Carlton Reserve, St. Regis, W, The Luxury Collection, EDITION, JW Marriott and Bulgari.

As a part of the new expansion plan, six new The Ritz-Carlton properties are expected to open —The Ritz-Carlton, Perth; The Ritz-Carlton, Xi’an; The Ritz-Carlton Rabat, Dar es Salam; The Ritz-Carlton, Mexico City; The Ritz-Carlton New York, Central Park, and The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection.

The upcoming St. Regis hotels include St. Regis Hong Kong and The St. Regis Venice. W hotels are set to open in destinations such as Aspen, Ibiza, Muscat and Melbourne.

Likewise, The Luxury Collection hotels are to be launched in locations including Okinawa, Cesme, Buckinghamshire, and Budapest.  marriott.com
