Hakkasan introduces Chinese New Year celebratory menu

To celebrate Chinese New Year, Hakkasan has introduced a limited-edition signature menu for guests to enjoy. Curated by Expat Head Chef Raymond Wong, the menu includes soup, small eats, wok dishes, noodles, a dessert and a festive cocktail, each of which symbolises good luck and prosperity.

This ongoing food fiesta offers small bites like three style mushroom dumplings with water chestnut and pinenut; and shacha chicken puff.

Amongst the wok dishes available, vegetarians can opt for the asparagus and shimeji mushroom in champagne honey sauce.

Stir fry pomfret with onion and single head garlic in toban chilli sauce, wok-fry lobster with spinach and hand-pulled noodle with char siu chicken are some other dishes to try out from the limited-edition menu.

Conclude your meal with wealth pot, a dessert comprising of soya caramel, almond dacquoise, feuilletine base, mandarin compote, mandarin chocolate chantilly and mandarin granite; and fortune macaron.

Do try out Hakkasan’s special cocktail -Liao Liao featuring dried Rosella infused vodka and kumquat (orange citrus fruit).

The Chinese New Year celebratory menu will be available until February 24, 2019.
