Recently, culinary legend Chef Marco Pierre White visited India for “Masters of Marriott”, a collaboration between Marriott India and coveted culinary festival —World on A Plate. Expressing excitement on his maiden visit to the country, Chef Marco said, “I have never before seen such enthusiasm and kindness as I have witnessed during this visit”.

Held at The St. Regis Mumbai, Masters of Marriott was a gathering of Marriott’s in-house F&B experts and international celebrity chefs who demonstrated their proficiency in the art.

Neeraj Govil-Area Vice President, South Asia, Marriott International Inc., Anuraag Bhatnagar-Multi-Property Vice President, Mumbai and Goa, Marriott International and Kiran Soans -CEO of Gold Rush Entertainment are some of the personalities who attended the event and got to taste Chef Marco’s impeccable cooking.

Chef Marco presented his signature creations from England including cream of pumpkin, creamy polenta with fresh truffle, poached croustade of eggs Maintenon, the wild mushroom risotto, pineapple sorbet and English roast free-range chicken with woodland mushrooms.
