This year, OYO is planning to introduce 500 Townhouse hotels across India. Currently, there are 68 Townhouse Hotels in the country — Delhi, Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Kolkata, Mumbai, Noida, Ghaziabad, Jaipur and Pune.
Introduced in 2017, OYO’s Townhouse category focusses on millennial and corporate travellers; and aims to offer them a space to relax, work and shop. They are easily accessible, as they are in close proximity to major airports and railway/metro stations.
Townhouse segment enjoys over 90 per cent occupancy, and over50 per cent of them choose the same accommodation again for their next trip.
