Ginger, a part of Indian Hotels Company Limited has undergone a major revamp, and is repositioning itself as a “lean luxury” hotel brand. The brand has unveiled a prototype Ginger hotel at Panjim, Goa.

Deepika Rao, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, Ginger said, “The brand is slated to appeal to an on-the-go lifestyle and is anchored in the idea of seamlessness, facilitating a ‘never stop’ lifestyle. Ginger will now be an aspirational hotel chain that is also surprisingly affordable.”

The new identity is a fusion of global and local elements reflected in the redesigned spaces. The addition of the global music and unique art installations enhances the ambience of the remodeled spaces.

The all-day dining Café et cetera at Ginger Goa offers comfort food and is ideal for a personal workstation. The new style has been adapted around the on-the-go lifestyle providing facilities like on-the-go breakfast, express laundry service or quick munch snack bars.

The hospitality company is also set to develop six new hotels in the upcoming financial year in Madgaon in Goa, Patna, Sanand, Surat, and Visakhapatnam.
