Alila Diwa Goa has announced the addition of Courtyard Bar to its F&B offerings. This cocktail bar specialises in concocting flavourful drinks by combining fine fruits and botanicals elements.
The bar allows guests to revel in a range of options that include a Manhattan with Kokum-infused Martini Rosso and Cherrywood Smoke or a customised gin and tonic made with a choice of herbs and spices. The Courtyard Bar menu also includes spice-infused drinks.
To complement the tonics, the bar also serves quick bites like the Goan beef cutlets, rava crusted fish fingers and Goan chorizo dumpling.
