Jumeirah has opened the third hotel under its “upscale casual” brand Zabeel House by Jumeirah.

The new brand was unveiled earlier this year “in response to the continuing and growing travel trend for exploration and enrichment through travel experiences”, with Jumeirah stating at the time that it had five management agreements signed in the UK, Saudi Arabia and the UAE.

The UK property is understood to be opening on Great Eastern Street in Shoreditch next year, and three hotels have now launched in Dubai – Zabeel House Al Seef, Zabeel House Mini, and this latest opening Zabeel House The Greens.

The 210-room property is housed within Tower 3 of the mixed use Onyx Towers development in The Greens neighbourhood of Dubai, with room features including Smeg mini bars, Espresso machines and Osme bathroom amenities.

There are two restaurants – Pan Asian eatery Lah Lah, and ground floor restaurant Social Company, and other facilities include an outdoor pool, a sports and leisure club, two outdoor cinema screens, co-working spaces, and a business centre with four meeting rooms.

The hotel is also highlighting services including free-to-rent bikes, skateboards and rollerblades , dog friendly areas, a herb garden, a picnic basket service, and a curated art collection taking inspiration from the Middle East region.

The Greens is situated off Sheikh Zayed Road, close to Dubai Media City and next to the gated Emirates Hills residential development.
