Serviced apartment brand Supercity Aparthotels is set to open a Manchester property next month, its first outside of London.
The 68-suite property is on Church Street in the city’s increasingly trendy Northern Quarter, around a 10-minute walk from Manchester Piccadilly.
Each suite has a living room, kitchen, one or two bedrooms and a bathroom with complimentary Gilchrist and Soames toiletries.
All suites come with Sky TV, a bluetooth radio and a free Handy smartphone for national and international calls plus unlimited data.
The suites are decorated in bright colours with exposed concrete textures and bespoke artwork. Hallways feature Manchester worker bees by Stencil Artist DS, whilst living rooms have a diptych series by creative producer Ari Sturm.
The building includes an onsite gym, roof terrace, free Wifi and access to digital newspapers and magazines via Newsstand.
An all-day dining and drinking space is set to open in 2019.
Opening December 6, Supercity is offering an introductory rate until February 28 of £99 per night for a one-bedroom apartment or £130 for two bedrooms.
