AccorHotels’ Mercure brand has announced the opening of its first midscale property in northeastern Vietnam. Located within SHP Plaza shopping centre, Mercure Hai Phong is a part of a 28-storey mixed-use development project.

Mercure Hai Phong features 176 guest rooms and suites in addition to 57 one to three-bedroom serviced apartments that are ideal for long and short-term stays.

The F&B outlets here include the all-day dining restaurant Flame Grill & Bar, Cuppa Café for baked goods and beverages. The hotel houses the first roof bar in the city Cloud28 Sky Bar & Lounge that serves special signature cocktail concoctions, wines, mocktails and small bites.

Guests can indulge in some wellness services at the Bloom Spa, offering signature herbal bath and aromatherapy treatments. Additionally, Mercure Hai Phong houses six meeting rooms including a grand ballroom for organising large and small events.
