Lemon Tree Hotels Limited is to open its first property in Dubai. The hospitality group has partnered with Al Waleed Real Estate LLC for this project which is expected to open in 2019.
Situated on the Al Wasl Road, this midscale hotel will feature 114 guestrooms and suites. Its F&B offering is Citrus Café, a multi-cuisine restaurant that will be complemented by al fresco set up.
The Lemon Tree property will also offer recreational facilities like a swimming pool and a well-equipped fitness centre. Additionally, there will also be a conference room for organising meetings and social events.
