Edwardian Hotels London has announced the opening of Manchester’s highly-anticipated restaurant – Peter Street Kitchen. Offering an expansive range of Mexican and Japanese small plates, this new outlet envelopes the art of shared dining. Peter Street Kitchen will be at the forefront of the F&B offerings available at Radisson Blu Edwardian Manchester hotel. Mexican delicacies on offer are shredded crab with spicy ginger mayo tostadas; robata mescal-glazed smoked paprika ribs and Mayan-spiced marinated chicken ensalada with cashews, black lime and sesame oil.

Japanese delights available here include yellowtail sashimi with spicy yuzu soy; chilli and lemon roasted baby chicken served on a Peter Street Kitchen Bincho Grill; warm wagyu beef Japanese flatbread with dried chilli and yuzu mayo; and king crab tempura with ama ponzu.

Conclude your meal with Japanese flavour- inspired desserts like moreish chocolate bento box with genmaicha ice cream and Kuro goma cheesecake with hassaku orange sorbet.

Guests can enjoy the finest collection of wines and signature cocktails at the Rikyū Bar. You can also explore Peter Street Kitchen’s Rikyū Lounge, located in the building’s original iconic brick colonnade which is a classy space that can hold up to 37 diners or 40 – 50 guests for semiprivate drinks receptions.
