Jet Airways has announced the launch of JetBistro – the airline’s new on board menu available for flights within India.

Following this, passengers who have booked ‘Light’ or ‘Deal’ fare choice under Economy class, can choose from an expansive range of vegetarian and non-vegetarian options including hot meals on select flights.

JetBistro menu options for Monday, Tuesday, Friday and Saturday include pepper omelette or vada sambar( fried doughnut with lentil-based vegetable stew) served with seviyan upma( vermicelli porridge) for breakfast; murgh makhni( butter chicken) and paneer tikka biryani( cottage cheese rice) for lunch; chicken tikka, vegetable sandwiches; chicken sausage struddle and kadhai nutri with cheddar flaky puff for small bites.

JetBistro menu options for Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday include cheese omelette and masala dosa for breakfast; murg tikka biryani (marinated chicken with rice) and paneer makhni( cottage cheese in butter) for lunch; chicken salami angara and paneer tikka sandwiches; chicken seekh kebab flaky puff and Pahadi paneer tikka struddle for small bites.

To try out this new meal, you have to request the cabin crew for the JetBistro menu, select your preferred option and pay using debit or credit card.

Additionally, for passengers who have booked ‘Saver’, ‘Classic’ or ‘Flex’ fare options which include a complimentary meal, can also buy an additional meal of their choice from JetBistro.

JetBistro will be available on select flights within India for bookings starting from October 12, 2018 and for travel starting October 15, 2018. Passengers who have bookings before October 12, 2018 will continue to avail Jet Airways’ complimentary meal service, regardless of their Fare Choice. jetairways.com
