Knight Frank India has partnered with Delos, a wellness real estate and technology firm. Following this, the two organisations will work towards promoting health and wellness as the centre of design and construction decisions, throughout India.
Under this new collaboration, Knight Frank India will support Delos’ technology and product offerings including the DARWIN Home Wellness Intelligence platform, that utilises Delos’ proprietary cloud-based algorithms and sensor technologies to help enhance health outcomes in the home and reduce harmful indoor environmental concerns. This project aims at offering spaces that help reduce stress, improve sleep quality, increase performance and enhance overall well-being.
Additionally, Knight Frank India-Delos tie-up will also focus on research initiatives on the importance of healthy buildings and creating awareness for the same.
