La Tavola Del Sabato
Across the dining options, Villa Toscana, the Italian restaurant at The St. Regis Abu Dhabi, presents the a la carte Saturday Brunch “La Tavola Del Sabato”. Surrounded by Italian hospitality, guests can enjoy hand-crafted Tuscan favourites such as homemade lobster and prawn ravioli, grilled rosemary and mint lamb rack or salmon fillet with a mascarpone and parmesan sauce. Guests can also enjoy grapes buffet serving international and Italian premium grapes, premium olive oil selections, a traditional Italian desserts buffet and Italian cheese corner.

Porcini Mushroom Festival
Another festive offer at Villa Toscana is the Porcini Mushroom Festival. Among the delicacies offered are chianina beef marinated with white truffle oil and shaved white truffle or porcini and truffle cannelloni with buffalo ricotta and crispy parmesan cheese.

Autumn Friday Brunch
For a Friday brunch, guests can opt for the special “Autumn Friday Brunch” hosted by Villa Toscana. Craft Brews and Bites
Adding variety to the Oktoberfest and other traditional hops selections, the hotel has introduced a selection of international craft beers as a part of Craft Brews and Bites. The new tastes include “961” – a bitter Lebanese craft with a mild floral aroma derived from North American Cascade Hops, matched perfectly with lamb kofta (lamb shaped into small balls), or the Mountain Goat Pale Ale that includes stone fruit, pine and citrus characters, paired with Burrata Magherita Pizza.

Once a month, The St. Regis Abu Dhabi takes 50 diners to the world’s highest suspended suite for an exclusive brunch. Through the 1,120 sqm suite, guests can discover a range of culinary delights such as a cinema full of candy, a dedicated cheese and dessert room, a caviar ice-bar, an oyster room, roaming chef stations, a private bar equipped with the hotel’s top mixologists.
