Sheraton Grand Bengaluru Whitefield Hotel & Convention Center has organised an Awadhi (a cuisine native to the city of Lucknow) food festival for the guests. Curated by Chef Rehman and his team, the special feast gives an insight into the royal culinary heritage of the region.
The ongoing Awadhi Feast includes dishes like Subz badami shorba (vegetable and almond broth), nihari gosht (slow cooked lamb with whole spices and melted onions), murgh rizala (boneless chicken pieces in a rich royal almond based gravy) and chilman kofta (deep-fried dumplings in tangy tomato sauce).

The Awadhi feast is on until September 16, 2018.
