Etihad Airways has collaborated with Farelogix Inc. to improve its merchandising and distribution capabilities.

Following this, Etihad aims to implement FLX Merchandise, a cloud-based solution by Farelogix Inc. to offer personalised products and services for customer satisfaction.

This partnership will also allow Etihad to showcase its optional products such as preferred seats, priority boarding, and other travel amenities.

Etihad also plans to launch a full New Distribution Capability (NDC) enabled platform which will enable customers to visualise offerings through digital media such as images and videos, while booking through travel agencies, meta-search engines, or other indirect channels.,
