Automobili Lamborghini unveiled its record-breaking Lamborghini Aventador SVJ in California at the Monterey Car Week.
The car features Lamborghini’s most powerful V-12 engine, the Aventador Super Veloce Jota or SVJ puts out a power of 770 hp at 8,500 rpm and a 720 Nm torque at 6,750 rpm. The car accelerates from 0-100 kmph in 2.8 seconds and 0-200 kmph in 8.6 seconds, with a top speed of over 350 kmph.
To ensure the best aerodynamic set-up, the Aerodinamica Lamborghini Attiva (ALA) system flaps can be activated in less than 500 milliseconds.
Being a driver-focussed car, the car features a four-wheel drive system and four-wheel steering, coupled with Lamborghini Dynamic Steering (LDS) and Lamborghini Rear-wheel Steering (LRS).
Additionally, a special edition Lamborghini Aventador SVJ 63 in a unique colour and trim, dedicated to the car’s founding year in 1963, was unveiled at Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance.
