Asia Miles is offering members the ability to earn up to 4,000 bonus miles this autumn when they dine at select restaurants, book trips or spend with various lifestyle partners as part of its “Miles More Ways to Earn” promotion.

The additional miles will be up for grabs until October 31 this year, though members will need to hit certain accrual totals in order to be eligible for the full 4,000-mile bonus. Smaller earnings can still net bonus miles, though at a smaller sum.

These bonuses are split across three brackets and result in either 500, 2,000 or 4,000 bonus miles, depending on the total amount of miles members earn during this period. A minimum of 2,500 miles must be accrued in order to receive any bonus.

Tota Miles Earned Bonus Miles Awarded
2,500-9,999 500
10,000-29,999 2,000
30,000+ 4,000

For holders of co-branded credit cards, or cards that reward points to Asia Miles, the company’s “Pay Once, Earn Twice” offering does apply, meaning members can earn miles twice on a single transaction.

There’s also another way to earn up to 1,000 bonus miles by dining at all 10 of Asia Miles’ Star Partner restaurants. Members get 100 bonus miles for each of the partner restaurants they dine at during the promotional period.

Asia Miles overhauled its earning and redemption rates earlier this year, aimed at increasing miles accrual on flights, particularly short-haul and regional, though at the cost of generally higher reward ticket prices for premium classes on long-haul routes.

As of May this year, regular travellers through London’s Heathrow Airport can also now get extra Asia Miles by converting their Heathrow Rewards points at a 1:1 ratio at 250-point increments.
