Due to the unprecedented flood situation in Kerala, IndiGo has announced additional flights to and from Kozhikode, Coimbatore and Thiruvananthapuram. This service will be operational from August 19 to August 25, 2018.
Additionally, the low-cost carrier will also provide cancellation and rescheduling waiver to passengers booked to travel from August 16 to August 26, 2018.
As part of the relief measures, a special customer support team has been set up, who will be offering round-the-clock assistance to the affected passengers and their families.
This week, IndiGo will offer flight services between Mumbai and Kozhikode, Bengaluru and Thiruvananthapuram, Delhi and Thiruvananthapuram, Chennai and Kozhikode, Mumbai and Thiruvananthapuram, Ahmedabad and Coimbatore, Bengaluru and Thiruvananthapuram, Hyderabad and Thiruvananthapuram
