Ascott has opened two new Citadines Apart’hotels in Vietnam, including its fifth in Ho Chi Minh City and the country’s largest serviced residence in Danang.
Situated in the business and residential District 3 area of Ho Chi Minh City, the Citadines Regency Saigon sits amid multiple foreign consulates, commercial buildings and shopping centres. Offering 229 apartments in studio and one-bedroom set ups, the property also features a swimming pool, fitness centre, children’s wading pool, sauna, café, restaurant and laundrette.
The Citadines Blue Cove Danang, meanwhile, offers 548 apartments within a 100-hectare urban development project close to Thuan Phuoc Bridge, about 15 minutes by car from Danang International Airport. Units are available as studios as well as one-, two- and three-bedroom residences, most of which overlook Danang Bay.
Along with more typical facilities such as a fitness centre, spa, Jacuzzi, and events spaces, the Danang property also boasts the world’s largest 24-karat gold-plated infinity pool along with a park featuring sculptures depicting the wonders of the world.
Ascott has a further eight properties in the pipeline for Vietnam, including three more in Ho Chi Minh City and another in Danang.
