Adagio has unveiled a revamped guest experience concept “The Circle” – initially launching in six properties.
The programme is based around the three pillars of redesigned spaces, events, and shared guest experiences.
Common areas have been revamped to include a large shared kitchen, allowing guests “to cook throughout the day in a friendly atmosphere and benefit from all the equipment to prepare a meal that they will then have the freedom to share with other guests”.
A “Library of objects” has also been introduced, enabling guests to borrow items to personalize their apartments, from “Iconic, local trinkets and memorabilia”, to “Emotional” items such as plants, picture frames and books, and “Functional” items including a choice of chair, cushions and kitchen equipment.
Other new features include a new, more informal and personalized reception area, redesigned common areas with experiences ranging from table football to board games and pianos, co-working spaces in selected properties, and events and theme nights including a [email protected] concept where guests can experience dishes from local chefs.
Adagio says that the Circle concept was guest-tested and developed at Adagio Paris Bercy Village, and will be available in 23 properties by the end of the year.
Aparthotels Adagio is a joint venture between Accorhotels and Pierre & Vacances Center Parcs Group, with 105 properties currently open including UK locations in Liverpool, Birmingham and Edinburgh.
