Shangri-La’s Eros Hotel, New Delhi has organised “Forbidden City Brunch” at its Chinese restaurant Shang Palace. Crafted from the ancient recipes of China, this Sunday brunch is a tribute to The Forbidden City (a palace complex in Beijing). It has been curated by three master chefs – dim sum specialist Chef Ye Haijun, Chinese barbeque expert Chef Kong Fanyi and Wok master Chef Fulei.
The ongoing “Forbidden City Brunch” at Shang Palace includes an expansive range of salads, soups, dim sums, clay pot dishes, barbeque preparations, and desserts.
In addition, guests can enjoy a fine collection of wines, Asian beers, signature cocktails and sparkling wines served alongside the five-course meal.
