This includes a-la-carte, vegetarian, non-vegetarian and signature set dishes inspired from Mohammed Ali Road’s street food culture. Curated by Chef Shadab Ahmed, this month-long food fiesta offers specialities like minara masjid wali gali ke shami kebab (ground meat dish), tandoori chicken, khichda (meat-based rice dish), tawa mutton rice and malpua rabdi (sweet pancakes in a milk-based dish).

For the summer season, JW Marriott Juhu has launched “Gin-Seng Cocktail Festival” at its Asian outlet Dashanzi. On offer are six gin-based cocktails blended with healthy ingredients like saffron, bird eye chilli, pomegranate, galangal (herb from the ginger family) and rose petals. The cocktails served here are streets of Istanbul, ginseng spritz, calypso, best-kept secret, ginger daisy and the sacred feminine. The base spirits used in these cocktails are Blue Coat, Gin Mare, Tanqueray and Jensen.
