Budget brand Easyhotel will open its latest UK property in the Berkshire town of Reading this summer.
The 53-room hotel was originally announced in 2016, and is now scheduled to open in August.
Easyhotel Reading will be housed within the converted Rainbows Lodge on Caversham Road, within walking distance of the town centre and Reading railway station.
All rooms at the hotel will feature air conditioning and ensuite showers, and there will be parking for eight cars onsite.
Easyhotel currently has 27 owned and franchised properties across the UK, Belgium, Bulgaria, Germany, Hungary, The Netherlands, Switzerland and the UAE, with forthcoming developments in locations including Leeds, Milton Keynes, Barcelona, Lisbon and Istanbul.
