Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group has announced the launch of a new project in Muscat, Oman. The luxury property will be in close proximity to the commercial and entertainment spots of Muscat such as the Royal Opera House, the Grand Mosque and Muttrah, a traditional Arab market.

Mandarin Oriental, Muscat is expected to open its doors in 2021. It will feature five restaurants and bars, a spa and an outdoor swimming pool. The 150-key hotel will also offer a range of banqueting and meeting spaces for business events and ceremonies.

The Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group will also manage 155 residences at this property, which will include private apartments that will between 75 sqm to 260 sqm.
