InterContinental London Park Lane has launched High Coffee in collaboration with L’Unico Caffe Musetti.

Coffee connoisseurs can now enjoy a variety of blends that include high grade, handcrafted, hand roasted, and wood fired flavours. The coffee offerings range from single origin smooth, honey, blackcurrant, nutty, candied lemon blends to Gran Cru Coffee plantations. Caffé freddo, salted caramel espresso martini, and caffé coretto are some of the other highlights of this “High Coffee”.

To up the experience, the luxury hotel is serving a range of savoury and sweet delicacies alongside the coffees. The menu offers open sandwiches like free range chicken, celeriac and sweet pepper remoulade on buttermilk bread; heirloom tomato caprese, watercress pesto on a mixed olive roll; smoked eel, pickled red onion, caper aioli on a beetroot brioche roll. There is also a lamb and rosemary open pie, wild mushroom tumble weed, sun blushed tomato spiral with warm piccalilli under savouries.

Blood orange and ginger sorbet; Sultana and buttermilk scones; and devon clotted cream, strawberry jam is also available at InterContinental London Park Lane’s High Coffee experience. Other desserts on offer are hazelnut opera, bailey’s chocolate éclair, black forest gateaux, macaroon with salt caramel, and lemongrass and lime crème brûlée.

The High Coffee is priced at £42/₹3,806 per person.
