Casa Meridian Residences, Hong Kong
Owned by Capitaland’s The Ascott Limited, Casa Meridian Residence is located in Phnom Penh’s up-and-coming residential and retail hub of Diamond Island Koh Pich. It offers 75 residences on the top 13 floors of the 34-storey integrated development Casa by Meridian, which also comprises a high-end shopping mall, office space and wellness facilities. Also available in the serviced residence are an infinity pool, Jacuzzi, yoga room, sauna, clubhouse, gym, meeting room and serviced office.
Hilton Lake Como, Italy
Hilton has opened its first property near Lake Como. Now the area’s largest hotel, Hilton Lake Como boasts 170 guest rooms and 21 suites. In addition to a spa and health club, the hotel features six different meeting spaces and a ballroom for special events. As for dining, guests can enjoy local cuisines at Satin, the hotel’s signature restaurant, or more casual fare at the Taffeta lounge and bar. The hotel also offers a rooftop restaurant, Terrazza 241, with views of Lake Como. Plus, for those looking to see a more glamorous city, Milan is only 45 minutes away.
Grand Hyatt Manila
The opening of Grand Hyatt Manila marks the first Grand Hyatt hotel in the Philippines. The luxury hotel makes up the top 14 floors of the tallest skyscraper in the Philippines, and has views of Manila Bay and the Makati skyline. The 461-room hotel is seated in the heart of the financial district of Bonifacio Global City, Taguig. Grand Hyatt Manila features a massive Grand Ballroom along with 2,281 sqm of meeting and event rooms. The Grand Kitchen offers multi-cuisine all-day dining, and the hotel’s entertainment and music bar, The Peak, opens at the skyscraper’s top in mid-2018.

The Edition Abu Dhabi
The Abu Dhabi Edition is one of seven new Edition hotels opening this year. Settled on the waterfront of Al Bateen in the Abu Dhabi Marina, the hotel features 198 guest rooms, 57 exclusively serviced residences and more than 900 sqm of meeting and event space. Other facilities include two pools, a fitness centre and a spa complete with seven treatment rooms. The hotel also offers two signature restaurants, a gourmet market, lobby and pool bars and a nightclub. The Abu Dhabi Edition will open in late 2018.

Four Seasons Resort and Residences Anguilla
After months of restoration from damage caused by Hurricane Irma, Four Seasons Resort and Residences on the island of Anguilla is scheduled to reopen in late March 2018. The hotel will offer 181 villas, townhomes or residences, most with views of the Caribbean Sea. Set among three pools with access to two beaches, the hotel also houses a private beach club that rents out kayaks, paddleboards, sailing boats and more. In addition to a 24-hour fitness centre, the resort features a sports pavilion with tennis and basketball courts along with a rock climbing facility.

One Crown Place, London
Bespoke Hotels will be operating a new luxury hotel in One Crown Place, a multi-use building complex on Sun Street in the City of London. Set to open in 2020, the hotel will span five floors across six Georgian townhouses and will offer 41 bedrooms. Scattered between the townhouses will be a deli, café, an art gallery and a lounge with a bar. The hotel remains unnamed, but its title will be unveiled later this year.
