JW Marriott KL

JW Marriott Kuala Lumpur

Opened in 1997, the JW Marriott Kuala Lumpur has undergone a year-long renovation that culminated in its reopening in December last year.

The hotel’s 578 rooms and suites have been refreshed and the new design uses modern materials and polished chrome, matched by stylish and tech-friendly amenities. The bathroom includes a rainforest shower and a Japanese-inspired bathtub. Nine brand new Cabana Poolside rooms located on Level 6 also have been added for guests looking for a more leisure-focused stay.

From an events space perspective, the hotel has 20 meeting and function rooms, as well as a 300-seat Bayu Ballroom located by the pool that includes a built-in LED screen on the stage.

The Starhill Spa Village has also been rebranded and now contains a spa, 24-hour gym with Technogym equipment, steam room, sauna, whirlpool and a cool plunge pool.

The living room is also complete with hand-loomed carpets and a handmade crystal chandelier hanging from the double-height ceiling. A 75-inch 4K Smart TV and Bang & Olufsen sound system are also included.
