Singapore-based serviced residence company The Ascott Limited is running a new three-month-long campaign that awards members of Singapore Airlines’ Krisflyer frequent-flyer programme bonus miles as well as discounts.

Running from November 1, 2017 to January 30, 2018, the offer enables Krisflyer members to earn triple miles on each eligible night booked during this period as well as 20 per cent discounts on best flexible rates using the promo code KF20. Elite Gold and PPS members also get complimentary late checkout.

The offer is good for stays at select serviced residences in China, Japan, Southeast Asia, Australia and Germany. A full list of participating hotels as well as terms and conditions can be found at Ascott’s website.

Typically, stays with Ascott properties award a total of 150 miles per eligible night, but under the triple miles promotion this amounts to a total of 450 miles per night.

This effectively means that Krisflyer members can earn almost the same number of miles in a single night at an Ascott property as they would during an entire stay at a lot of other hotels.

While some groups such as Alila Hotels and Resorts, Constance Hotels and Resorts and Hilton offer one mile per US$1 spent, the majority of Singapore Airlines’ hotel partners offer 500 miles per qualifying stay. Others, such as Accorhotels and Starwood Hotels and Resorts allow members to convert their hotel points into airline miles.
