One&Only The Palm Dubai will host two exclusive dinners on October 26 and 27 at its modern restaurant STAY by Yannick Alléno.
The meals will be hosted and curated by the eponymous French chef Yannick Alléno, who is the holder of three Michelin stars.
Guests can pick either the four-course meal/Sommelier’s selection (AED 480/AED 500) or the six-course meal/Sommelier’s selection (AED 880/AED 700).
Some of the dishes on the menu include delicate beef gelée (caviar and water crest coulis), scallops ravioli, braised turbo filet, seared wagyu beef and cardamom and charcoal meringue.
