Amsterdam Schiphol has opened a new Privium lounge within the airport’s revamped Holland Boulevard.

The 350sqm Privium Airside Lounge is located between Piers E and F, past security in the non-Schengen area of the terminal.

Features include seating for 54 guests, free wifi, and breakfast, lunch and dinner options. Décor reflects the Dutch landscape, with “beach visuals of the North Sea”, as well as works by Dutch photographer Anne Brugmans.

The new Tesla Model X is also currently on display in the lounge, and test drive appointments can be made with the Telsa promotions team.

The lounge is open Monday to Friday between 0600 and 2030, and is accessible to Privium Plus members, with guest entry also available for €25.

The new facility joins the existing Privium Club Lounge, located at Departures 1.

Last week Schiphol unveiled its revamped Holland Boulevard public area, with features including a renovated Rijksmuseum annex, serving as an introduction to 17th- century Dutch painting, and the Nemo Science Museum, which “challenges everyone, young and old, to discover how fascinating and relevant science and technology are”.
