Pan Pacific Hotels Group will be opening its sixth property on the Chinese mainland next week with the launch of its 220-guestroom Pan Pacific Beijing.
Set to open its doors on August 20, the Xicheng-district hotel is situated close to Financial Street as well as the capital’s major landmarks, Tiananmen Square and the Forbidden City. These can also be seen from the Amber Lounge on the 18th floor of the property.
Guestrooms start at 45 sqm and suites are also available. Additional facilities include a 20-metre-long indoor swimming pool – which has a retractable glass roof – as well as a 24-hour gym and a spa with sauna and steam facilities.
A conservatory-style Winter Garden is located on the first floor, directly connected to Exchange, one of the hotel’s three restaurants alongside Chinese eatery, Hai Tien Lo, and Japanese restaurant, Keyaki.
Outside of the capital, Pan Pacific also operates two properties in Ningbo – a hotel and serviced suites – as well as one hotel each in Suzhou, Tianjin and Xiamen.
The company has also announced plans to open the Pan Pacific Melbourne in Australia and Pan Pacific Yangon in Myanmar later this year.
