Located in the newly renovated section of Terminal E, the lounge has a number of work areas with upright and comfortable seating, a “Concorde Dining” restaurant with hot and cold buffet options as well as a self-service bar.

The lounge is 30 per cent bigger than the previous space, holding up to 220 people, with direct gate access to the aircraft.

An investment of £88 million is planned for lounge facilities in the US, with New York’s JFK Terminal 7 First and Club World lounges due to receive over £52 million in the next two years.
