Carlson Rezidor Hotel Group is to open a total of 17 properties across the Middle East this year.

The new hotels will add over 3,000 rooms to the group’s portfolio across the region, and will be located in the UAE, Saudi Arabia and Egypt.

Among the openings in the UAE include the 432-room Radisson Blu Hotel, Dubai Waterfront (exterior pictured above), the Park Inn by Radisson Hotel, Dubai Motor City,  and the Radisson Blu Hotel, Ajman.

Meanwhile in Saudi Arabia the group will open its first Park Inn by Radisson hotels in Jeddah and in the Holy City of Makkah, and will also open a Radisson Blu Residence property in the eastern city of Dhahran.

Finally in Egypt, Carlson Rezidor is set to open the 298-room Radisson Blu Hotel, Cairo Nasr City in the fourth quarter of 2017.

The Radisson Blu Downtown, Dubai was recently rebranded under Millennium and Copthorne’s M Hotel brand.
