Workspace provider Spaces has announced its latest UK facility, to be located in Liverpool’s Ropewalks area.

Scheduled to open in January, Spaces Liverpool will join the existing Spaces London Oxford Street, with further facilities due to open in Glasgow and Gerrards Cross later this year.

The Liverpool site will occupy the second and third floors of mixed use Tea Factory complex, and will offer over 120 workstations, as well as “space for private meetings and quieter work in numerous offices and meeting-rooms”.

Spaces launched in Amsterdam in 2006, and currently has workspaces in Australia, North America, The Netherlands and the UK, with facilities also set to open in Japan, Mexico and Singapore.

According to Spaces its facilities offer “an inspiring environment designed to integrate lifestyle into work, and members are encouraged to build their networks and connect”. The group says it “seeks to attract entrepreneurs, SMEs and corporates and has many high-profile clients including PayPal, Twitter, and Uber”.
