SpiceJet implements bag tag printing facility from SITA CUSS kiosks across Mumbai’s domestic airport.

The airline is the first domestic carrier to provide this facility in India. This service will soon be available at all SITA managed airports in the country.

Passengers flying SpiceJet can use the CUSS application to print baggage tags, leave their baggage at the drop-in counters and proceed to security check.

This provision will be in addition to the original manual check-in service where SpiceJet staff assist passengers for check-in and baggage drop.

“Customer convenience tops our priority list and most of our products and services drive around it. SpiceJet – CUSS application is an excellent service that will not only improve customer convenience but will also ensure ease of operation by knocking off the long queues and decongesting the check-in counters. The service will come in very handy to the frequent flyers as the application is designed to complete the check in with lesser number of clicks,” says Glory Nelson, senior vice president at IT SpiceJet.
